Test strategy for
rescue mission management system
Software Testing IntelLigent Lab (STILL) cooperates on test strategy and automated test design in a project developing a prototype of the new generation system for planning and managing rescue missions conducted by the Police of the Czech Republic and Mountain Rescue Service.
The system is being developed by a project consortium comprised of Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, Police of the Czech Republic, Technical University of Liberec, Mountain Rescue Service and VSB-Technical University of Ostrava. Test strategy, automated test design and test automation procedures are developed within a pilot run of the “Quality Assurance System for the Internet of Things Technology” project, co-funded by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic.
The developed rescue-mission management system is currently in a proof-of-concept phase and is going to be further extended to fully utilize the potential of the current Internet of Things (IoT) technology to support rescue missions.
